Traci Laird

Traci is a U.S. Trained & Licensed Massage Therapist and Birth Doula who has been practicing since 2007. She is a proud native Texan, but has happily called Cork home since 2011. Currently at University pursuing a professional degree in Psychology, Traci hopes to explore the therapeutic aspect of story. Her interests include mythology & folklore, herbal craft, gardening, indigenous traditions of healing & wellness, women's issues, social justice, knitting, hill walking, and ecology.

Traci's therapeutic approach treats the whole person. She invites her clients to co-create a session that is uniquely appropriate for them. Her goal is to craft a Healing Room; a safe and nurturing space where the bodymind may awaken to health, wholeness, and beauty.

Deep Massage; the Lauterstein Method, is a unique approach to structural and energetic bodywork, developed by Lauterstein-Conway Massage School co-founder David Lauterstein. The technique is an outgrowth from the therapeutic traditions of Rolfing, Zero Balancing, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release.
